Players searching for Thunderkick titles may wonder whether Royal reels offers them to customers in France. The available information does not confirm Thunderkick as a listed provider, and it does not establish that French accounts can use the casino. Before considering royal reels it helps to separate the advertised game library from country access, licensing, payments and withdrawal risk.
What the Royal reels provider list shows
The archived Royal Reels homepage names Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, BGaming, BetSoft, Evolution, Microgaming and Playtech. Earlier notes also mention Pragmatic Play Live. Thunderkick is not among those named providers, so there is no reliable basis for saying the casino lists Thunderkick games.
Thunderkick is not confirmed
A large lobby does not prove that every studio is available. Royal Reels reported 8,518 games in August 2026, while an earlier description referred to more than 5,500. Those figures conflict, and neither confirms Thunderkick. The sensible conclusion is that Thunderkick availability is unverified, rather than definitely present or definitely absent.
Can French customers open an account?
The available material focuses on Australia, not France. The site uses Australian wording, AUD examples and Australian banking terms. It does not provide a verified French licence, a France-specific terms page or a confirmed list of eligible French territories. A registration page may be technically reachable without creating a clear right to play.
Country access needs a direct check
Anyone in France would need to read the current registration terms and cashier restrictions before depositing. Location checks, identity checks and payment rules can change, while a redirect or successful account creation is not proof that the service is authorised for French residents.
- Check whether France appears in the current restricted-country list.
- Confirm the account currency, identity checks and available payment methods.
- Ask support whether Thunderkick titles are visible to French accounts.
- Save the relevant terms before making a deposit.
Bonuses and the cost of testing the lobby
The advertised welcome package includes a $10 no-deposit chip, plus a first-deposit offer of 100% up to $500 and 50 free spins. The minimum deposit for that offer is $30. Wagering information conflicts: the August 2026 homepage says 30x, while earlier notes say 40x. The bonus terms should therefore be treated as essential reading, not background detail.
Why the Royal reels welcome bonus may not answer the game question
Bonus eligibility can differ by game, country and promotion. The readable information does not confirm Thunderkick contribution rates, maximum bets, expiry periods or French eligibility. A title appearing in a lobby would not automatically mean that spins or bonus funds can be used on it.
Payments, withdrawals and account checks
Royal Reels advertises AUD and selected cryptocurrencies for deposits. Visa and Mastercard are listed as instant deposit methods, while PayID is specifically stated to be unavailable. The site advertises bank-transfer withdrawals with an estimated five- to six-hour payout and no fee, but a notice pinned since 10 September 2026 said withdrawals were taking longer because of downtime.
What French players should verify before depositing
Withdrawal figures and processing claims deserve particular care. Earlier notes give a $50 minimum and an unverified $9,000 daily cashout limit, but the current cashier should take priority. Identity, address and payment ownership checks may also delay access to funds.
| Item | Published or recorded detail | What remains unclear |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit currencies | AUD and selected cryptocurrencies | French payment and currency options |
| Visa and Mastercard | Instant deposits; earlier notes say $30 minimum | Whether French cards are accepted |
| PayID | Not currently available | No replacement French bank method confirmed |
| Bank withdrawal | Site estimate of five to six hours, with no fee | Actual timing during the stated downtime |
| Crypto withdrawals | Not confirmed on an official readable page | Availability and processing rules |
Licensing and the French legal question
Royal Reels says it is operated by Digibrite SRL and claims a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence, but no licence number or regulator validation link was visible in the archived homepage. A 365/JAZ number found on an unverified mirror belongs to a master licence that ceased operations on 18 August 2024, so it should not be treated as current proof.
Why location matters more than the brand label
The operator’s Australian history raises additional caution. ACMA formally warned Digibrite S.R.L. on 14 June 2023 for providing prohibited interactive gambling services to people in Australia, and issued another warning on 30 September 2025 concerning The Pokies. Those findings do not establish French status, but they show why local regulation should be checked independently.
How to investigate the library without guessing
If Thunderkick is the deciding factor, the most useful answer should come from the live lobby and written support response, not from a broad game-count claim. Search by provider as well as title, then confirm that the game remains playable after location verification and before a bonus is accepted.
- Open the current official domain and record the date.
- Search the lobby for “Thunderkick” and several known studio titles.
- Ask support whether the games are available to accounts registered in France.
- Request the applicable bonus, withdrawal and restricted-country terms.
- Do not deposit until the answers and licence position are clear.
Conclusion: treat Thunderkick access as unconfirmed
There is no reliable evidence in the available Royal Reels material that Thunderkick games are listed, and no confirmed evidence that French residents are accepted. The safest practical view is to regard both points as unverified. Check the live provider filter, obtain a written answer from support and review French gambling rules before considering a Royal reels log in, a royal reels deposit or any bonus.
